Full Stack Developer

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications and services. This role requires a strong foundation in both front-end and back-end development, with expertise in a variety of programming languages, frameworks, and cloud infrastructure. The successful applicant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet business needs and enhance user experience. Experience with IT infrastructure, software development best practices, and agile methodologies is essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy robust web applications using technologies such as Ruby on Rails, React Express, JavaScript, Python, C++ & C#.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless data exchange between systems.
• Manage and optimize database systems including MySQL and SQL Server; ensure data integrity and security.
• Integrate cloud services such as AWS and Azure to support application deployment and scalability.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers within an Agile environment to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Maintain version control using tools like GitHub, SVN, and Git; ensure code quality through code reviews and testing.
• Work with IT infrastructure components including Linux servers, RBAC (Role-Based Access Control), and application deployment pipelines.
• Contribute to front-end development efforts utilizing JavaScript frameworks like React for responsive user interfaces.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by adopting best practices in software development and deployment processes.
• Assist in troubleshooting production issues related to application performance or infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in full-stack web development with proficiency in Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, Python, C++, C#, and .NET frameworks.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles and experience working with REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure for application hosting and infrastructure management.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure components including Linux operating systems, SQL databases (MySQL/SQL Server), and application deployment tools.
• Knowledge of version control systems like GitHub, SVN, and Git; experience working within Agile development environments.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as React or other JavaScript frameworks for dynamic web interfaces.
• Ability to develop secure applications using RBAC policies and other security best practices.
• Background in software development across multiple programming languages including Java, VBA, C++, C#, Python, and JavaScript is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team setting.
