Full Stack Developer

As a Full-Stack Developer at Visibol, you will work on multiple client projects, internal platforms, landing pages, dashboards, and AI-powered tools. You must be fast, accountable, detail-oriented and capable of delivering production-ready results with minimal supervision.

Role Overview

We are looking for a developer who can own features end-to-end — from UI screens to backend APIs and deployments — across diverse project types (SaaS, marketplaces, AI tools, dashboards, e-commerce, landing pages).
Your role will directly impact project timelines, client satisfaction, and delivery quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert Figma designs into clean, responsive, pixel-perfect UI (React/Next.js or Angular).
• Develop backend services using Node.js (Express/NestJS) or Java Spring Boot.
• Build reusable components, modules, admin dashboards, and APIs.
• Integrate LLM/AI features for chatbots, content engines, recommendation logic, automation, etc.
• Work across multiple client projects in parallel with proper prioritization.
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS, Vercel, or Firebase.
• Optimize performance, scalability, and page load times.
• Communicate daily progress, timelines, blockers, and delivery updates.
• Work closely with designers, PMs, and leadership to ship fast and deliver high-quality outputs.
• Maintain clean Git practices and follow internal development guidelines.

Required Skills

• 2–5 years of full-stack development experience.
• Strong knowledge of React / Next.js or Angular.
• Strong backend skills in Node.js or Spring Boot.
• Solid experience with relational DBs (MySQL/Postgres).
• Familiarity with REST APIs, auth systems, session/JWT, and security best practices.
• Strong UI implementation skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deliver under tight timelines.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities.
• Experience deploying production apps.

Good to Have

• Experience with AI integrations (OpenAI, embeddings, prompts).
• Understanding of website performance metrics (LCP, CLS, SEO fundamentals).
• Knowledge of Next.js SSR/SSG, caching, and routing.
• Experience in agency environments or multi-project setups.
• Familiarity with tools used by design/dev teams (Figma, Jira, Notion).
• Experience with DevOps basics (Docker, GitHub Actions).

Pay: $89,977.88 - $108,360.45 per year
