Full Stack Developer

SourceTeK, a portfolio company of The Services Tree, is hiring a skilled Full Stack Developer for one of our esteemed clients based in Lahore (Johar Town office). If you’re passionate about building scalable systems and working with modern technologies, this role is perfect for you.

Role Overview

We are looking for a strong Full Stack Developer, with a primary focus on backend (Java Spring Boot) and solid exposure to frontend frameworks like React or Svelte. You will work on high-performance systems, ERP modules, financial workflows, and cloud-based architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and scalable architecture patterns.
• Build and integrate front-end interfaces using React or Svelte.
• Design scalable, event-driven components using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar message queues.
• Optimize databases and write efficient SQL in PostgreSQL; work with NoSQL where needed.
• Implement secure REST APIs and microservices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product features.
• Work with AWS Cloud for deployment, scaling, containerization, and automation.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs.
• Good knowledge of React or Svelte for front-end development.
• Understanding of distributed systems and microservices.
• Experience with Kafka / RabbitMQ / SQS or similar queues.
• Solid understanding of OOP, data structures, algorithms, and overall software design.
• Strong expertise in PostgreSQL (optimized SQL & query performance).
• Exposure to NoSQL databases.
• Working knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and cloud-native tools (preferably AWS).

Nice to Have

• Experience working with ERP systems or financial ledger modules.
• Knowledge of caching, Pub/Sub, and real-time processing architectures.
