About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our development team working on our Clinical Management Information System (Clinical MIS). The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in CodeIgniter 4.6 and modern full-stack development practices.

Mandatory Technical Skills

Backend Development

• CodeIgniter 4.6 – Advanced proficiency (minimum 3+ years)
• Strong OOP principles and design patterns
• Deep understanding of MVC architecture and framework best practices
• Experience with CodeIgniter Template System and view rendering
• MySQL – complex queries, optimization, stored procedures, indexing
• RESTful API design and development
• Authentication & Authorization (JWT, OAuth2)

Frontend Development

• React.js – modern, responsive UI development
• State management (Redux, Context API, or similar)
• Backend API integration
• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)

DevOps & Version Control

• Git – branching, merging, code review workflows
• CI/CD pipelines – automated deployments
• Understanding of DevOps practices
• Experience with build tools and automation

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using CodeIgniter 4.6 for Clinical MIS
• Design and optimize MySQL schemas, queries, and indexes
• Build responsive frontend interfaces using React.js
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following OOP and MVC standards
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs for clinical data
• Implement authentication and authorization for healthcare users
• Participate in Git workflows and code reviews
• Work within CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment
• Collaborate with TPM and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance

Required Experience

• 5+ years of professional development experience
• 3+ years CodeIgniter (4.x preferred, 4.6 highly desired)
• 2+ years React.js
• Strong MySQL database design and optimization
• Proven Git workflow experience
• Exposure to CI/CD environments
• Healthcare/clinical system experience is a plus
