Job Description: MERN Stack Developer
We are looking for a skilled and passionate MERN Stack Developer having experience 2 to 5years to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in building modern web applications and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries using React.js
• Design and maintain RESTful APIs with Node.js and Express.js
• Integrate front-end and back-end components for seamless application performance
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
• Work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers
• Maintain application security, data protection, and code quality
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team improvements
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in MERN stack development

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ES6+, and modern JS frameworks
• Hands-on experience with React.js (hooks, context API, state management)
• Expertise in Node.js and Express.js
• Good understanding of MongoDB, Mongoose ORM, and database design
• Experience with version control systems like Git/GitHub
• Knowledge of REST APIs, HTTP protocols, and web services
• Familiarity with UI/UX fundamentals and responsive design
• Experience with deployment on cloud platforms (AWS, DigitalOcean, or similar)
• Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
