About The Role

We are seeking a versatile and experienced Full-Stack Developer to join our tight-knit, high-performing engineering team. In this role, you will be a key contributor to the full lifecycle of our web applications, from initial design to deployment and maintenance. You will work on both the front-end and back-end, bringing a deep understanding of modern web technologies to build scalable, high-quality products. This role leans backend-heavy, think data flows, APIs, integrations, and performance at scale, but you’ll still have opportunities to work across the stack when it makes sense.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, maintenance, and enhancement of our web applications, using a tech stack that includes TypeScript, React, Node.js, PHP, and WordPress.

• Collaborate closely with product, design, and marketing teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and drive product innovation.

• Design and implement front-end and back-end architectures, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

• Manage the deployment and scaling of services on platforms like Render.io, ensuring reliability and stability.

• Develop and maintain critical tracking and analytics features, including conversion and event tracking, to support data-driven decision-making.

• Oversee custom WordPress development, ensuring sites are scalable, secure, and easy to maintain.

• Proactively identify and resolve complex technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and bugs across the entire stack.

• Architect and write clean, well-documented, and highly scalable code, adhering to industry best practices.

• Lead improvements to our development processes and codebase, mentoring junior developers

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development (with a strong backend focus)

• Deep experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and REST API design.

• Comfortable with database design and performance optimization.

• Hands-on experience deploying and managing apps on Render.io, AWS, or similar.

• Proven experience working with the Google Ads API

• Proven experience working with the Bing Ads API

• Proven experience working with the Meta API

• Deep understanding of conversion and event tracking methodologies.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to writing high-quality code.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.

• Git workflows and collaborative coding

• A habit of writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with GraphQL.

• Experience with ad tech/marketing tech integrations (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Segment, etc.).

• Strong PHP and custom WordPress development skills

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
