Full Stack MERN Developer (3-4 Years Experience Required)

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack MERN Developer capable of working independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate is self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to take complete ownership of projects—from planning and architecture to deployment and long-term maintenance. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment and be passionate about building scalable, high-performance web applications.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using MongoDB, Postgres, Next.js, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Translate minimal business requirements into clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Build, integrate, and consume RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL services.
• Develop responsive user interfaces using React and modern UI libraries (Material UI, Tailwind, ShadCN, Chakra UI).
• Implement secure backend logic, authentication flows (JWT/OAuth2), and role-based access control.
• Integrate third-party APIs and cloud services (AWS, Firebase, Azure).
• Manage databases, write efficient queries, and ensure data integrity.
• Optimize both frontend and backend for maximum speed and scalability.
• Handle deployments, environment management, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Debug issues across the full stack and implement robust, long-term solutions.
• Collaborate with designers, product owners, and QA when required—while being fully capable of driving end-to-end projects independently.

PREFERRED REQURIMENTS:

• 4+ years professional MERN development experience (3–4 years preferred).
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and Next.js.
• Solid experience with Node.js, Express.js, backend architecture, and API design.
• Expertise in MongoDB (Mongoose ORM preferred).
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication, error handling, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Git, version control strategies, and team workflows.
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments (AWS, Vercel, Render, etc.).
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and communicate clearly.
• TypeScript knowledge is a plus.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum workflows.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Next.js, Redux Toolkit, RTK Query.
• Microservices or serverless architecture.
• Strong UI/UX understanding and ability to convert Figma/design mocks to pixel-perfect UI.
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha) and API testing tools (Postman).
• Background in building multi-tenant systems or SaaS platforms.
