About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Handle basic customer interactions (calls).
- Assist with simple administrative or data-entry tasks.
- Support the sales or customer service team as needed.
- Maintain professionalism and follow office guidelines.
- Learn and apply workplace communication and teamwork skills.
- Complete assigned tasks within given timelines.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in O Levels or A Levels.
- Good English communication skills (spoken & written).
- Basic computer knowledge (typing, email, MS Office preferred).
- Willingness to learn and improve.
- Positive attitude and punctuality.
