Full-Time Lead Toddler Teacher

Kids 'R' Kids Learning Academy of Blakeney, a respected Five-Star and NAEYC-accredited preschool in South Charlotte, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Lead Teacher for our Older Toddler Program (approx 18-24 month olds). This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a professional, energetic, and family-focused team.

Position Details:

• Full-Time | 40 hours per week
• Location: South Charlotte
• Salary: Commensurate with education and experience (to be discussed during the interview)

Required Qualifications:

• Completion of an Associate's Degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field (psychology, child development, etc.)
• A minimum of 2 years teaching experience in a licensed preschool or early childhood education setting(Please note: Babysitting or nanny experience does not meet this requirement.)

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
