About the Role

We're looking for a strategic, creative, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts across both brands. This role will drive brand awareness, grow our audience, support patient acquisition, and execute on innovative marketing strategies that highlight our unique position in the functional medicine and imaging industries.

You’ll work closely with our leadership team to bring our vision to life, while owning all things marketing—from high-level strategy to on-the-ground execution.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for RHMD and PerfeQTion Imaging
• Manage campaigns across email, social media, web, SEO, paid ads, and more
• Lead content creation—emails, landing pages, blog posts, ads, and social media
• Coordinate with design, video, and external vendors as needed
• Track KPIs, analyze results, and optimize for conversions and ROI
• Support sales initiatives and events with compelling promotional material
• Build trust and engagement with our target audience: women seeking proactive breast health and holistic healing
• Own and grow our online presence and community voice

You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Have 3–5+ years of marketing experience (bonus: healthcare, wellness, or women’s health)
• Are an excellent copywriter and content creator with a strong eye for design
• Know how to generate leads, build funnels, and nurture a digital audience
• Are organized, resourceful, and can drive a project from start to finish
• Thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven, collaborative environment
• Are metrics-minded and comfortable using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SquareSpace, Simplero and Canva
• Are passionate about changing lives through better health!
