I’m building a high-end personal brand in Dubai and I’m looking for a full-time, on-site Personal Assistant who also brings strong skills in content creation. Someone who can keep pace with an ambitious daily schedule, think ahead and create premium social media content with style and confidence.

What you will do

• Film, edit and produce high-quality content for Instagram and TikTok
• Support with creative ideas, trends, concepts and storytelling
• Manage scheduling, travel planning and daily administrative tasks
• Communicate with brands, partners and clients
• Upload and organise content and support with community interactions
• Assist at shoots, meetings, events and travel days
• Maintain the visual and qualitative standards of a VIP-level personal brand

What you bring

• Strong communication skills in English
• Confident filming and editing short-form videos
• Experience with Instagram, TikTok and modern content tools
• Confident using tools such as Canva, CapCut and all essential IT applications needed for content creation and daily operations
• Organised, reliable and hands-on working style
• Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems quickly
• Strong eye for aesthetics, trends and premium brand presence
• Full-time availability in Dubai (no remote or hybrid option)
• Discretion, loyalty and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

• Experience working with founders, influencers or high-profile individuals
• Understanding of social media analytics
