Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and energetic Full-Time Social Media & Marketing Manager to lead the digital marketing, branding, and promotional initiatives for both Colbert/Ball Tax Services and Envious Salon Suites.

You will be responsible for developing innovative marketing strategies, producing high-impact content, managing advertising budgets, building brand loyalty, and driving leads, appointments, and customer engagement.

Duties & Responsibilities
1. Social Media Strategy & Daily Execution (Both Brands)
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and more.
- Post 3–4 times daily across multiple platforms for both businesses.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule using social tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Suite, etc.).
- Respond to all messages promptly and drive engagement with followers.
- Ensure content aligns with branding guidelines for both the tax office and salon suites.
2. High-Quality Content Creation
- Produce engaging videos, reels, stories, graphics, and written content.
- Film short-form content at both locations.
- Capture photography, behind-the-scenes clips, testimonials, and event footage.
- Edit content using CapCut, InShot, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- Optimize content for SEO and discoverability using keyword strategies.
3. Advertising & Analytics Management
- Oversee ALL paid advertising campaigns for both brands (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads).
- Maintain and track all ad budgets, receipts, and spending logs.
- Analyze campaign results to optimize ROI and performance.
- Analytics and platform insights to evaluate engagement, traffic, and conversions.
- Perform A/B testing on content and ad creatives.
4. Influencer & Content Creator Collaboration
- Recruit, schedule, and manage influencers and content creators.
- Organize weekly Content Days with creators, tax staff, salon staff, and tenants.
- Build partnerships to increase brand visibility and reach target audiences.
- Maintain strong relationship management with community partners and brand ambassadors.
- 5. Street Flyer Team Management
- Supervise the flyer street team.
- Track performance, leads, and appointments generated by the team.
- Ensure flyers, posters, and materials are distributed in high-traffic areas.
6. Multi-Brand Marketing Campaign Coordination
- Plan and execute tax season promotions (Margarita Fridays, Spin-the-Wheel, Referral Fridays, Bring 3–File Free, Bring 5–Vacation Voucher).
- Promote Suite Lease openings, stylist features, beauty events, and retail promotions for Envious Salon Suites.
- Create cohesive campaigns across social media, radio, billboard promotions, and street teams.
7. Website & Google Business Maintenance
- Update websites weekly with promotions, events, pictures, and new content.
- Maintain accurate suite availability and booking links.
- Update Google Business listings for both locations.
- Improve local SEO and visibility.
8. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with tax preparers, salon tenants, and management staff.
- Coordinate with internal teams for events, promotions, and content development.
- Attend weekly marketing meetings and submit weekly performance reports.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong content creation skills (video editing, photography, reels).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or comparable tools.
- Knowledge of SEO, analytics, keyword research, and social listening.
- Experience with Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, or TikTok Business tools.
- Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.
- Experience working with influencers, creators, or public relations partners.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (especially for budget and receipt tracking).
- Ability to manage multiple projects across two companies simultaneously.
- Must have reliable transportation to travel between locations.
