We are looking for individuals to embark on a wellness journey, both on a personal and professional level with the required expertise for the said role. An individual who can perform both Mat and Reformer Pilates classes while tailoring the exercises to fit guests' individual needs and levels. The individual should also be able to evaluate, assess and develop lesson plans for individual guests and groups.

Skills And Expertise Required

Pilates Teacher certification or equivalent

Proven experience as Pilates instructor

Strong knowledge in Mat work and Pilates Reformer

Knowledge in human body and biochemics

Ability to design lesson plans for individual guests and groups and tailoring exercises to fit guests' individual needs and levels

Ability to work independently

Excellent personal fitness, strength and flexibility

Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Strong sense of connection and belonging

Strong teamwork and collaboration
