Functional QA – Banking Loans and Web Automation

We have urgent requirement for Functional QA – Banking Loans and Web Automation Experience is required for our banking client in Abu Dhabi, UAE

Strong experience on banking loan operations: loan origination, credit evaluation, underwriting, EMI/interest calculations, NPA classification, collections is THE MUST

Strong experience on testing Loan Origination Systems (LOS) or Loan Management Systems (LMS) is THE MUST

Strong experience on web automation using tools such as: Selenium / Playwright / Cypress TestNG / JUnit or equivalent is THE MUST

Experience On API Testing (Postman, RestAssured, Etc.) Is MUST

We are seeking a detail-oriented Functional QA Engineer with strong experience in Banking Loan modules and Web Automation . The ideal candidate will analyze requirements, design functional test scenarios, execute test cases, and automate critical regression flows to ensure product quality and compliance with banking standards.

Key Responsibilities

Functional QA

• Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and loan-processing workflows.
• Design, document, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test data for banking loan modules (Retail/SME/Corporate Loans).
• Perform end-to-end testing across loan lifecycle:
• Loan origination
• Application processing & credit checks
• Underwriting
• Disbursement
• Repayment, restructuring & closure
• Validate integrations with third-party systems (CIBIL/credit bureaus, KYC, payment gateways, LOS/LMS).
• Identify defects, log them with clear reproducible steps, and drive them to closure.
• Ensure compliance with functional, regulatory, and audit requirements (RBI/AML/KYC).
• Participate in requirement walkthroughs, sprint planning, and QA reviews.
  

Web Automation

• Design and implement automated test scripts for web-based banking applications.
• Maintain and optimize automation scripts for regression and smoke suites.
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, etc.).
• Analyze automation failures, troubleshoot issues, and ensure stability of test suites.
  
  

Functional Skills

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong understanding of banking loan operations: loan origination, credit evaluation, underwriting, EMI/interest calculations, NPA classification, collections.
• Experience testing Loan Origination Systems (LOS) or Loan Management Systems (LMS).
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance processes (KYC/AML, credit bureau integration).
  
  

Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience in web automation using tools such as:
• Selenium / Playwright / Cypress (choose as per your need)
• TestNG / JUnit or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of API testing (Postman, RestAssured, etc.).
• Experience with SQL for backend data validation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and defect-tracking tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, Rally).
