Functional Testing

Experience required : (3-6) years

Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in electrical / Electronics / Aerospace Engineering

Job Location : Bangalore (Electronic City)

Responsibilities :

• Proficiency in interpreting system requirements, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Strong understanding of aerospace/defence systems (mechanical, electrical, and software integration).
• Hands-on experience with instrumentation, calibration, and test automation tools
• Experience in functional tests on aerospace/defence systems (e.g., avionics, hydraulics, propulsion, mechanical assemblies, weapon systems)
• Data analysis skills using tools such as MATLAB / LabVIEW
• Strong troubleshooting skills for complex integrated systems
• Knowledge & experience in the following standards:
• AS9100 Quality Management awareness, ISO 17025, and relevant MIL-STD / DO-160 / RTCA standards.
• DO-178C (software) / DO-254 (hardware) testing knowledge for avionics.
• IPC/WHMA-A-620 or equivalent harness assembly inspection training.
• Experience with environmental testing (vibration, thermal, EMI/EMC)
