About Little Hope Foundation

Little Hope Foundation is a dedicated charitable organization working to uplift underprivileged communities through education, health support, and welfare programs. To expand our outreach and donor support, we are looking for a motivated and dynamic Face-to-Face Fundraising Team Leader to join our mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and inspire a team of face-to-face fundraisers.
  • Conduct daily briefings, team training, and field visits.
  • Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly fundraising targets.
  • Represent Little Hope Foundation with professionalism in public spaces.
  • Provide performance feedback and maintain team morale.
  • Ensure donor information is collected accurately and recorded properly.
  • Coordinate with the Fundraising Manager for planning and reporting.

Requirements

  • Experience in fundraising, sales, marketing, or team leadership (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
  • Target-focused, confident, and positive attitude.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in public locations.
  • Good command of English and local language.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship, Volunteer
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
