Serve Foundation is a dedicated non-profit organization working to create meaningful and sustainable social impact. Our programs focus on empowering communities and supporting underserved individuals. We are now expanding our Face-to-Face Fundraising program and looking for a passionate and dynamic Team Leader to join our mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and supervise a team of face-to-face fundraisers.
• Conduct daily briefings, training sessions, and on-ground support.
• Ensure team members achieve daily, weekly, and monthly fundraising targets.
• Represent Serve Foundation professionally in public spaces.
• Track and improve team performance through regular feedback.
• Ensure accurate donor data collection and maintain proper documentation.
• Coordinate closely with the Fundraising Manager for planning and reporting.

Requirements

• Experience in fundraising, sales, marketing, or team leadership (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
• Target-driven, confident, and positive personality.
• Comfortable working in outdoor/public locations.
• Good command of English and local language.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Volunteer

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
