We are hiring a FF&E Specialist to join our interior fit-out team. The role involves

transforming spaces with creative and practical furnishing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret and execute client design objectives.
• Source appropriate furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Assist with concept development and material selection.
• Prepare mood boards and design presentations.
• Ensure selections are within budget.
• Maintain and update an FF&E database with current trends and pricing.
• Conduct site visits to guide furniture placement.
• Prepare and revise BOQs.
• Liaise with suppliers for quotations and procurement.

Requirements:

• Strong eye for design and detail.
• Ability to work within budgets and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and sourcing skills.
