About the Role:

The Gallery Sales Executive plays a vital role in curating exceptional customer experiences, guiding clients through thoughtfully designed collections, and driving sales through expert product knowledge. This role blends a passion for design with a keen understanding of customer needs, offering tailored recommendations that bring spaces to life. With a focus on relationship-building and storytelling, you enhance brand presence while ensuring each client finds pieces that resonate with their vision.

What You Will Do:

- Greet and assist customers, providing product information and a positive experience.
- Deliver excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and build strong relationships.
- Handle inquiries, both in-person and online, and assist in sales transactions.
- Support the sales team by managing leads and follow-ups.
- Assist in coordinating events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Maintain the gallery's appearance, ensuring displays are clean and well-organized.
- Collaborate with other departments to align strategies and achieve company goals.

About You:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Outgoing personality, target driven and result oriented
- Able to use basic computer such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Email
- Able to work retail hours (Off On PH)
- Able to converse well in English & Mandarin
- Experience in soft furnishing (curtains, blinds & wallpaper) will be an added advantage
