Gaming Technical Advisor
Are you passionate about gaming PCs and love solving technical problems? We’re looking for a Gaming Technical Advisor with hands-on experience

Experience: Fresher or Experienced

Location: (Bangalore) Immediate Joiners Preferred

Responsibilities Troubleshoot hardware & software issues on Legion / LOQ PCs ,Diagnose problems related to SSD, RAM, GPU, thermals, BIOS ,Guide users on GPU drivers (NVIDIA / AMD) installation, updates & optimization Assist customers with Lenovo Vantage and gaming performance tuning ,Handle FPS issues, crashes, overheating, throttling & driver conflicts ,Document cases and provide clear, customer-friendly support

Requirements experience in technical support or PC hardware troubleshooting Strong knowledge of: Legion & LOQ systems SSD / RAM / GPU / Windows optimization GPU driver management ,Good communication skills and a problem-solving mindset Passion for gaming hardware (big plus!)

Pay: From ₹350,000.00 per year
