Garage Manager – New EV & Multi-Brand Workshop

We are launching a new multi-brand + EV garage, and we’re looking for an experienced Garage Manager who can build the workshop from the ground up and run it as a profitable business unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up the garage from scratch: layout, equipment, tools, staffing, and vendor onboarding
• Lead all workshop operations once launched
• Manage technicians, allocate jobs, and ensure high-quality work
• Handle service/repair planning for our in-house fleet and external customers
• Manage parts sourcing, costing, and inventory
• Implement SOPs to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality control
• Drive revenue, customer satisfaction, and commercial viability

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in garage/workshop management
• Strong technical knowledge (EV experience is a plus)
• Proven ability to build or scale workshop operations
• Strong leadership, vendor management, and problem-solving skills
• UAE experience preferred
