About the role

You’ll be the link between our design team, production units, and buyers. The goal is simple: deliver the right product, on time, with the right quality. If you enjoy taking ownership, solving problems on the fly, and keeping things moving, this role will feel natural to you.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with buyers for sampling, pricing, approvals, and order follow-ups
• Plan timelines for samples, production, and dispatch
• Source fabrics, trims, and accessories as per buyer requirements
• Work closely with the production team to ensure quality standards are met
• Track order status, maintain T&A sheets, and flag delays early
• Handle costing, negotiation, and order confirmations
• Conduct quality checks during sampling and bulk
• Prepare documentation for shipments and ensure smooth dispatches
• Maintain clear communication between all internal teams and external vendors

What you should bring

• Strong understanding of fabrics, fits, trims, and garment construction
• Good communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to multitask and manage timelines
• Basic knowledge of Excel and production planning
• Experience in export or domestic garment merchandising is a plus

Pay: ₹15,305.46 - ₹47,838.99 per month
