GDS Business and Partnership Engineering Unit manager (Presales engineering manager)

▪ Provide full Presales solutions to international clients in order to solve problems faced by customers that require direct intervention and follow-up on its implementation

▪ Handle and consolidate all the Presales communication with international customer with internal departments in TE, such as but not limited, procurement, technical functions, operations, etc…

▪ Ensure that the solutions created for Global Data Services customers satisfy their needs and meet their requirements

▪ Ensure that all customer requests are responded to and all the issues with internal functions are handled; acting as the SPOC for the customers

▪ Validate international customer solution

▪ Handle within Telecom Egypt “Operating & Maintenance Team” to provide customized solutions that fit International customer needs and requirements.

▪ Identify and develop new business opportunities by supporting the Account Managers and delivery team

▪ Build and Foster relationships with global customers and lead with pre-sales initiatives to the practice.

Experience & Education

o Engineering degree and / or Computer Science

o 6-8 years of experience
