About the Role

Interifix Technical Services is looking for a highly experienced General Foreman who can take full ownership of day-to-day site operations across our interior fit-out, MEP, and maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical knowledge, leadership ability, and the discipline to ensure that every project is executed safely, efficiently, and with high quality.

This role requires someone who “knows everything on site” — from civil and electrical works to plumbing, painting, gypsum, carpentry, and finishing details — and can coordinate teams, materials, and subcontractors to deliver seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and lead multiple site teams including technicians, masons, electricians, plumbers, painters, and carpenters.
• Plan daily work schedules, allocate manpower and materials, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company and UAE regulations.
• Inspect ongoing work to ensure adherence to quality standards and design specifications.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to report progress and resolve technical/site issues.
• Monitor usage of materials, control wastage, and ensure cost efficiency.
• Manage site logistics, deliveries, and proper use of company tools and equipment.
• Prepare daily site reports and progress updates for management.
• Train and motivate site workers, maintaining high discipline and morale across teams.

Requirements

• Diploma in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Building Engineering or equivalent.
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in site supervision, preferably in interior fit-out, MEP, or maintenance projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of all trades: civil, MEP, joinery, finishing, and general construction.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Good understanding of health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Hindi or other regional languages preferred.
