As the General Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the operations, profitability You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, and managing a team of senior executives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the Saudi market.

• Monitor financial performance and ensure the company's profitability and sustainability.
• Represent the company in key business meetings, conferences, and events.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients, investors, and government entities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in a conglomerate or similar industry.
• Proven track record of success in driving business growth and managing operations.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the Saudi market and business landscape.
• Fluent in both English and Arabic.
