We are building a regenerative, high-quality seaweed supply chain across Indonesia — connecting coastal communities with global buyers in food, feed, hydrocolloids, bioplastics, and other emerging industries.
We’re looking for a
General Manager – Seaweed Supply & Business Development
to lead supplier relationships, build international buyer networks, and drive the early-stage growth of our seaweed trading business.

What You’ll Do
Supply Network & Operations

Build and manage relationships with seaweed farmers, collectors, and cooperatives across Indonesia

Oversee procurement, quality checks, pricing, and logistics

Ensure consistent supply that meets international buyer requirements
Business Development & Sales

Identify and engage global buyers across multiple industries

Lead outreach, meetings, sampling, and commercial negotiations

Convert leads into long-term trade partnerships

Support pricing, contracts, and export documentation
Leadership & Growth

Coordinate with founders, suppliers, and logistics partners

Develop simple, scalable systems (CRM, order tracking, supply planning)

Represent the company in meetings, field visits, and trade events

Support strategic expansion into new products, regions, and seaweed grades
What You Bring

3–7 years in
business development, trading, supply chain, aquaculture, agribusiness, or exports

Strong relationship-building skills with both communities and global buyers

Entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable building from zero

Ability to manage operations across multiple islands and stakeholders
