Jop Opportunity: General Manager (GM) – UAE Experience Required

We are seeking a dynamic and strong personality to join our team as a General Manager. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in the UAE and demonstrate excellent decision-making abilities to manage daily operations smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee and manage overall office operations efficiently

· Lead and motivate departmental teams to achieve company goals

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

· Make strategic decisions and implement operational improvements

· Handle critical situations and work effectively under pressure

· Ensure excellent communication and coordination across departments

Requirements

· Strong leadership and communication skills

· Proven experience in a General Manager or similar senior management role in the UAE

· Ability to handle high-pressure situations and deliver results

· Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills

· Ability to represent the company professionally in meetings with clients

· Asians are welcome, Idian and Pakstani preferred

· Age between 35-40.
