Position Overview

We are seeking a General Manager to lead all aspects of operations, ensuring excellence in service, profitability, and guest experience. The ideal candidate is a natural leader who thrives in dynamic, high-volume environments and understands the nuances of creating memorable moments through hospitality.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless guest experience and consistent brand standards.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a passionate team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Collaborate with the culinary and beverage teams to deliver a refined yet festive dining experience.
  • Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with guests and key partners.


Requirements

  • Proven experience as a General Manager in a stand-alone, high-end or lifestyle restaurant (not hotel-based).
  • Strong background in premium or elevated dining concepts.
  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Hands-on, dynamic, and guest-focused with a passion for hospitality.
