General Manager

A leading construction company is seeking to fill the position of General Manager Construction Sector. The company is looking for an experienced and visionary leader to manage the construction division, oversee large-scale projects, ensure compliance with quality standards, timelines, and safety regulations, while driving performance and profitability through high-performing teams and building strong strategic relationships with contractors, suppliers, and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all operational activities within the construction sector to achieve financial and operational objectives.
• Oversee the execution of major construction projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and safety regulations.
• Develop, monitor, and control budgets and contracts to maximize operational efficiency and profitability.
• Build and develop high-performing teams to achieve optimal results.
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with contractors, suppliers, and key stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in the construction sector, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles (General Manager, Vice President, or Division Head).
• Proven track record in managing projects valued between SAR 100-500 million or similar project portfolios.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, RMP, CCP, or FIDIC are highly desirable.
