General Manager (Civil ) -Project Management

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with strong experience in Project Management Consultancy (PMC) , Design Management , or Contracts Management , capable of overseeing large, fast-track infrastructure projects in India or overseas. The ideal candidate will have deep multidisciplinary experience and the ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure successful project delivery from concept to commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, monitor, and manage multiple large-scale development projects across various locations.
• Oversee and coordinate all project phases—from conceptualization, design, procurement, execution, monitoring, to commissioning.
• Manage contracts including contract framing, claims, compliance, and commercial alignment.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality, safety standards, and project KPIs.
• Track project financials, profitability, invoicing, cash flow, and collections.
• Provide early warnings and recommend corrective actions for schedule and cost deviations.
• Mentor, guide, and train project teams across different sites.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams, external consultants, government bodies, and clients.
• Support Business Development activities including proposals, presentations, and client engagement.
• Assist the division head with business plans, strategic initiatives, and overall group strengthening.

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 18 years of experience in reputed consultancy firms or corporate/government sectors.
• At least 15 years in multidisciplinary engineering consultancy delivering large, high-end projects.
• Experience with mixed-use developments, industrial plants, healthcare, institutional, commercial, and associated infra projects.
