Position Overview
We are seeking a high-performing General Manager who aspires to build, lead, and eventually own their Spartan Floor Coating location. If you are an entrepreneur, this is for you.

What You’ll Do
- Lead daily operations including sales, installation, and customer service
- Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing local team
- Deliver a 5-star customer experience on every project
- Manage financial performance (sales, profitability, and KPIs)
- Execute local marketing initiatives and community outreach
- Build relationships that create repeat business and referrals
- Drive continuous improvement and represent the Spartan brand with pride

Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years of experience in business leadership, construction, home services, or related industry
- Strong communication and people management skills
- Financial acumen and entrepreneurial drive
- Hands-on, action-oriented, and highly accountable
- Must be willing to lead from the front and “own” the results
- MUST HAVE OWNERSHIP, SALES and / or P&L RESPONSIBILITY EXPERIENCE
