Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall brand business performance
- Set and develop goals, objectives, strategic plans to achieve business target
- Establish operating procedures; review and assess operational effectiveness and implement changes to drive business performance
- Lead the team to drive sales, high customer satisfaction and brand profitability
- Identify ways for business enhancements and other sources of revenue generation
- Maintain strong collaborative relationships with manufacturers
- Any other job assigned by superior
Requirements
- Minimum Degree qualifications with at least 10 years of automotive experience in a brand leadership capacity, preferably in a luxury automotive brand
- Highly driven, result oriented and thrive in fast paced dynamic environment
- Strong business acumen with customer-centric personality
- Detailed and coupled with the ability to review financial numbers
- Dynamic and proactive
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
