Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Karāchi for a GGT Pattern Master. The GGT Pattern Master will be responsible for creating and managing garment patterns using design software and tools. Day-to-day tasks will include developing new patterns, modifying existing patterns, supervising pattern execution, and ensuring accurate measurements and quality standards for production. The role requires close collaboration with designers, production teams, and quality inspectors to ensure that the finished garments meet technical and aesthetic specifications.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in pattern-making software, garment grading, and marker making
• Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, and textiles
• Skills in analyzing designs to create accurate patterns and modifying patterns as required
• Problem-solving and attention to detail in developing and adjusting patterns
• 2 to 3 years of hands on experience
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with design and production teams
• Experience in the fashion and garment manufacturing industry
• Experience with sustainable and eco-friendly garment production is a bonus
• Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high quality standards
