About the Role:

The GIS/ BIM Sales Consultant will be responsible for driving sales and business

growth by

leveraging expertise in Geographic Information Systems and / or Building

Information

Modelling. The role involves understanding the specific needs of clients across

various

industries and offering tailored GIS and / or BIM services that enhance their

operational

efficiency and decision-making processes.

Education Criteria:

 Additional certifications or bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Computer

Science,engineering or a related field.

 Courses in related technologies like GIS and / or BIM are highly desirable.Detailed Job

Description

 Market Analysis and Client Prospecting: Conduct in-depth market research to identify

potential clients who can benefit from GIS / BIM services. Develop Strategies to target these

clients and effectively communicate the value proposition of our GIS / BIM services.

 Client Engagement and Needs Assessment: Engage with clients to understand their spatial

analysis requirements and challenges. Propose GIS /BIM services that align with their

business objectives and solve specific problems.

 Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies that highlight

the benefits and capabilities of GIS / BIMtechnologies. Adjust sales tactics based on market

trends and client feedback.

 Solution Presentation and Demonstration: Present GIS / BIM services toclients through

compelling presentations and demonstrations. Ensure that these presentations clearly

articulate the value and benefits of the services in addressing clients 'needs.

 Negotiation and Deal Closure: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients,ensuring that both

client needs and company interests are adequately met.Efficiently manage the sales cycle to

close deals within targeted timelines.

 Collaboration with Technical Teams: Work closely with technical teams to ensure that the

proposed services are feasible and align with client expectations. Provide feedback from

clients to help in tailoring products and services.

 Post-Sale Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with clients post-sale to ensure

satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Gather client feedback

for continuous improvement of services.

 Sales Reporting and Analysis: Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline status, and market

feedback. Analyse sales performance against targets and develop strategies to address any

gaps.

Key skills and other requirements

 Strong understanding of GIS and / or BIM technology and its application in various

industries.

 Proven track record in sales, particularly in technology-driven sectors.

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

 Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.

 Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

 Adaptability and resilience in a rapidly changing technology landscape.

 Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software.

 Leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Experience Level:

Minimum 5-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the GIS and / or BIM

sectors.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
