As part of the Global Supply management (GSM) you will be responsible for managing supply operations and supplier engagement for KSA NB/DT KCP (Kanban, Candyman, Package, Pubs), NB/DT Non-BOM parts, and DT Keyboard POD. The position ensures supply continuity, drives supplier performance, and supports product transitions and inventory health across the KSA site.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily supply shortages and coordinate with sites to resolve issues.
  • Monitor and adjust safety stock levels; provide weekly supply outlooks.
  • Control manual supply of non-BOM materials (e.g., tape, warehouse items).
  • Identify and resolve WIP quality issues, collaborating with 3PL partners.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and manage supplier performance (QBRs, scorecards).
  • Support new product introductions, handle engineering changes, and manage end-of-life (EOL) transitions.
  • Analyze and address excess obsolete (EO) inventory; manage inventory health and PI.
  • Oversee demand management, including buffer stock and supplier/plant forecast validation.

Requirements

  • Experience in supplier management and operations
  • History of having solved complex supply chain issues (Experience working with OEMs and Contract Manufacturers in the consumer electronics industry a plus)
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Excellent communication and English language, capable of working with global teams
  • Has digital capability , such as Python, Power BI, SQL
  • Analytical and negotiation skills
