About the Role

Edbiz Consulting (Private) Limited, together with its parent company, is seeking a motivated and performance-driven Manager – International Training Sales to lead the expansion of our global training and capacity-building initiatives. This position is well-suited to a proactive sales professional with a passion for international markets, professional training & development programmes, and long-term client relationship management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing international client accounts, and enhancing the organisation’s global footprint in the training and consulting sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to promote the company’s training programmes and services across international markets.

- Identify, approach, and engage potential clients, institutions, and strategic partners worldwide.

- Conduct market research and analysis to explore new regions, sectors, and client segments for business expansion.

- Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, presentations, and quotations in line with client requirements.

- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and negotiation to successful deal closure.

- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality programme delivery.

- Maintain accurate sales records, track progress, and present regular performance updates to senior management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 3–4 years of proven experience in international sales, preferably within the training, education, or consulting sector.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a strong command of English.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships with international clients.
  • Strong understanding of business development processes and global market dynamics.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and virtual communication tools (Zoom, MS Teams, etc.).
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
