Qualification - B.Tech - Mechanical / Production / Civil

Experience - Min. 10+ yrs. in Plant Operation (Mandatory experience in Waterjet, Airjet, or Looms manufacturing.)

Location- Kheda , Gujrart

Oversee the entire plant operations from raw material procurement to product dispatch.

 Plan and manage production schedules, ensuring timely completion and quality compliance.

 Coordinate procurement, inventory, and supply chain processes for smooth operations.

 Lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational efficiency and productivity goals.

 Handle manpower planning, allocation, and management to optimize workforce efficiency.

 Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards across the plant.

 Manage cost controls and budgets to meet financial targets.

 Optimize logistics and dispatch processes to ensure timely deliveries.

 Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the plant

Skill:

 Proven expertise in managing production, supply chain, and team coordination.

 Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

 Knowledge of waterjet product manufacturing is an added advantage.
