Crawlbytes is expanding! We are looking for a highly skilled Google Ads & Meta Ads Specialist with 4 to 5 years of proven experience in managing high-performance digital advertising campaigns. If you are results-driven, analytical, and passionate about performance marketing—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max) campaigns
• Manage and improve Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns for lead generation & eCommerce
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and budget optimization
• Improve ROAS, reduce CPA, and deliver measurable monthly growth
• Create compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing page recommendations
• Track analytics using GA4, Tag Manager, Pixel, UTM tracking & reporting dashboards
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and improvement strategies
• Stay updated with the latest ad platform trends, policies & best practices

Requirements

• 4–5 years hands-on experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads
• Strong understanding of PPC, SEM, and paid media strategy
• Experience in running campaigns for lead generation, local services, and eCommerce
• Proficient in GA4, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel & tracking tools
• Ability to manage budgets, optimize ROI, and scale campaigns
• Strong analytical thinking + excellent communication skills
• Google Ads Certification (preferred)
