Overview

Our client, a leading Danish digital marketing agency, is seeking a self-driven and technically strong Google Ads Specialist to manage multiple client accounts across e-commerce and lead generation industries. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of account performance, deliver clear weekly reports, and proactively suggest campaign improvements and new creative ideas.

This role requires someone who can work independently, collaborate closely with a senior Google Ads strategist, and continuously optimize campaigns to drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize 14+ Google Ads accounts across different industries and markets.
• Plan, create, and monitor campaigns for both e-commerce and lead generation clients.
• Provide weekly performance reports and actionable insights for each account.
• Suggest new campaign strategies, creative ideas, and targeting opportunities.
• Conduct keyword research, ad copy testing, and conversion tracking setup.
• Monitor campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and ROI performance.
• Collaborate with the Google Ads Specialist to align on client goals and growth plans.
• Stay updated with Google Ads trends, features, and best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience managing Google Ads accounts.
• Proven track record with e-commerce and lead generation campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience working with clients in foreign languages or international markets.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to report clearly and concisely.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
