We are a fast-growing organization seeking a long-term digital partner to manage our advertising, analytics infrastructure, reporting, and web development needs. This role requires both strategic leadership and hands-on execution across multiple platforms.
We are looking for a team that can support consistent monthly work, new campaign launches, tracking implementation, and scalable website builds.
Key ResponsibilitiesGoogle Ads & Paid Media
- Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across Search, Display, Retargeting, and Performance Max
- Conduct keyword and competitor research
- Optimize campaigns for conversions and ROI
- Perform landing page and A/B testing
- Manage budgets and scaling strategies
Google Analytics, Tag Manager & Advanced Tracking
- Full GA4 configuration and maintenance
- Create and implement custom event tracking
- Develop and deploy tracking through Google Tag Manager
- Write custom code as needed (JavaScript, data layers, custom events, cross-domain tracking, iframe conversion tracking)
- Troubleshoot inaccurate or broken tracking
- Ensure accurate reporting across embedded iFrames, landing pages, and multi-site environments
- Support API-based tracking integrations where applicable
Dashboarding & Reporting
- Build custom dashboards in Looker Studio, Windsor, or comparable platforms
- Automate performance reporting tied to campaigns, website metrics, and conversions
- Provide monthly KPI reviews and insights
- Deliver clear recommendations for optimization and growth
Web Design & Development
- Develop and maintain WordPress and Shopify websites
- Build conversion-focused landing pages
- Develop custom components and iFrame integrations
- Optimize for speed, security, and mobile responsiveness
- Manage plugins, apps, and third-party integrations
- Provide ongoing updates and support
Required Qualifications
- Agency or full team with dedicated experts in Ads, Analytics, and Development
- Proven experience managing Google Ads accounts with measurable results
- Demonstrated expertise in GA4 and Google Tag Manager
- Ability to write and implement custom tracking code
- Experience tracking conversions within iFrames and cross-domain environments
- Proficiency in Looker Studio or Windsor dashboarding
- Strong WordPress and Shopify development capabilities
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SEO (technical and on-page)
- Experience with conversion rate optimization
- Experience with email/marketing automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, MailerLite)
