We’re looking for a talented and motivated Google & Meta Ads Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. If you excel at building high-performing ad campaigns and enjoy a mix of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility, this role is a great fit.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
• Optimize campaigns for better performance, lower CPA and higher ROAS.
• Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with the design team for visuals.
• Track performance, analyze data and deliver clear weekly reports.
• Manage pixels, GA4 tracking, Tag Manager and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and platform changes.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and funnel strategies.
• Ability to analyze data and make insight-driven decisions.
• Experience with GA4, Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Work Setup (Hybrid)

• 2 days on-site for collaboration and strategy sessions.
• 3 days remote for flexible, focused work.
• Job Timings: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
