Graduate Trainee - Digital Marketing (UAE National)
This role offers a unique opportunity for a recent graduate to kick start a career in digital marketing while exploring the power of AI in modern communications. As part of the Brand & Communications team, you'll learn directly from marketing professionals and work on real campaigns that shape how the region's leading digital infrastructure company connects with its audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Campaign Support:
- Assist in planning and delivering digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Search, and other channels.
- Support the development of creative content and messaging that reflects Khazna's leadership in digital infrastructure and AI innovation.
- Research new digital opportunities, including emerging conversational and AI driven platforms such as ChatGPT, to explore how Khazna can engage audiences in new ways.
- Contribute ideas for campaign storytelling and audience engagement.
- Social Media and Content Creation:
- Help create, edit, and schedule content for Khazna's social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok).
- Experiment with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Grammarly, Jasper, or Adobe Firefly) to support content generation, ideation, and translation while maintaining brand tone and accuracy.
- Monitor engagement trends and propose new ways to reach different audience segments.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Paid Ads:
- Assist in keyword research and website optimization to improve visibility.
- Learn how AI driven analytics can enhance campaign targeting and keyword selection.
- Support Google Search Ads campaign setup, monitoring, and testing.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Learn to use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager to track website and campaign performance.
- Help build dashboards and simple reports that turn data into actionable insights.
- Use AI assisted tools to summarize campaign results and identify audience trends.
- Marketing Operations and Coordination:
- Support the brand and communications team in maintaining project timelines, campaign calendars, and shared assets.
- Learn to use marketing automation tools and platforms to streamline workflows.
- Contribute ideas on how AI can improve efficiency and personalization in digital marketing.
- Participate in mentorship sessions with Khazna's marketing leaders.
- Stay updated on emerging digital and AI trends such as conversational marketing, automation, and generative search.
- Take an active role in exploring Khazna's presence in AI driven digital ecosystems (e.g., chat platforms, virtual assistants).

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in digital marketing, data, and the use of AI tools in creative and analytical workflows.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic understanding of Google Ads or analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn about digital transformation and AI driven marketing.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
