THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a skilled Production Graphic Designer to support our in-house design efforts, primarily in updating and creating graphics for client deliverables, sales decks, one-pagers, and marketing materials . You’ll work closely with our designer to maintain brand consistency and visual storytelling across presentations and assets. We are looking for someone design-savvy with an ability to work within brand standards and technical graphic specifications.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with pre-approved production templates to generate high-volume graphic variants and client assets
• Update and refine existing sales decks and marketing assets using current templates and brand guidelines
• Relay brand, language, and design changes across existing materials
• Create new slides or materials based on existing examples and direction
• Maintain visual consistency across multiple file types and formats (Keynote, Google Slides, Canva)
• Pull and organize images, icons, and video thumbnails from our asset management system
• Help organize, rename, and update our shared design folders and asset libraries
• Prepare export-ready files for internal and external presentations

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong experience in Keynote, Google Slides, and Canva
• Ability to learn new tools and follow production guidelines
• Proven ability to work from existing materials and maintain brand consistency
• Experience designing for sales, marketing, or B2B presentations
• Detail-oriented and organized; comfortable managing multiple files and asset libraries
• Bonus: Familiarity with asset management systems (we primarily use Iconik) and Adobe Suite
• Experience with motion graphics or Adobe After Effects a plus
• Collaborative and comfortable with quick turnarounds
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to ask clarifying questions
