Job Title: Graphic Designer

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Create visually appealing designs for digital platforms, including websites, social media posts, email newsletters, digital ads, and other marketing materials.

* Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity and brand guidelines across all digital assets.

* Incorporate typography, color theory, layout, and other design principles to deliver visually impactful graphics.

2. Creative Conceptualization:

* Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and develop creative design concepts.

* Brainstorm and propose innovative ideas to effectively convey messages and engage the target audience through visual storytelling.

3. Digital Asset Production:

* Use graphic design software and tools to produce high-quality digital assets, including illustrations, banners, infographics, logos, and icons.

* Optimize designs for various digital platforms, considering responsive design and user experience.

4. Branding and Visual Identity:

* Ensure consistency in visual branding across all digital channels, aligning with the company's brand guidelines.

* Work closely with the marketing team to maintain and update brand assets, including logos, color palettes, and templates.

5. Collaboration and Feedback:

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and development teams, to understand project requirements and incorporate feedback into design iterations.

* Work with stakeholders to ensure designs meet objectives, align with brand standards, and resonate with the target audience.

6. Industry Trends and Best Practices:

* Stay up to date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continuously enhance design skills and bring fresh ideas to the team.

* Conduct research on competitor designs and industry benchmarks to ensure our designs are competitive and innovative.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
