Role Overview

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who can blend creativity, precision, and speed to deliver visually stunning content across YouTube, Instagram, and other media channels.
You’ll play a key role in defining how our brand looks and feels — from thumbnail clicks to brand perception.

What You’ll Do

  • Design multiple versions of YouTube thumbnails for each video to maximize click-through rates.
  • Create social media creatives, hiring posts, and internal communication designs as needed.
  • Maintain and evolve marketfeed’s YouTube thumbnail identity — ensuring consistency, clarity, and impact.
  • Develop and maintain templates for recurring design formats to improve turnaround time.
  • Collaborate closely with video editors, content writers, and social media managers to deliver designs on time.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, maintain visual consistency, and apply color psychology effectively.
  • Stay ahead of design and thumbnail trends, conduct competitor research, and maintain a swipe file of high-performing visuals.

What We’re Looking For

  • 0–2 years of experience in graphic design (internship, freelance, or full-time).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
  • Strong design sense — layout, typography, balance, and storytelling through visuals.
  • Keen eye for detail, color theory, and composition.
  • Understanding of YouTube and social media design psychology — what grabs attention, builds trust, and drives engagement.
  • Awareness of digital design trends and ability to adapt quickly.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, creative environment.
