Kean Miller is seeking a skilled graphic designer for our downtown Baton Rouge office to work as part of a team across digital and print channels. This role is responsible for developing and deploying compelling, high-quality visual content, social media strategies, templates, and design assets, while ensuring all work aligns with the firm’s brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Designing high quality branded materials including brochures, client alerts, invitations, social media posts, presentations, event signage, and website content
  • Creating graphics and layouts for internal use (newsletters, firm announcements) and external recruiting and promotional campaigns
  • Managing and scheduling content across firm social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, etc.)
  • Collaborating with attorneys and staff to support practice-specific marketing needs
  • Maintaining brand consistency across all platforms and materials
  • Assisting with video editing and multimedia projects as needed
  • Tracking performance metrics and engagement across social platforms
  • Staying up to date with market trends, including design innovation, communication, technology, and providing guidance on best practices for law firms.
  • Designing visually compelling PowerPoint presentations internally and for trials, RFP’s and client presentations

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house)
  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Canva
  • Experience managing corporate social media accounts
  • Strong understanding of visual branding and digital marketing
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in legal or professional services industry a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree
