Graphic Designer

Kokomo, Indiana — Full-Time

cfd Investments and Creative Financial Designs, a Christian Faith and Family-based Registered Investment Adviser and Securities Broker/Dealer dedicated to providing Financial Advisers with the necessary support, tools, techniques, quality financial products, and technologies for the achievement of their clients’ goals and objectives is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Kokomo office Team. This is a full-time position with benefits. The regular hours are 8 AM to 5 PM and salary is dependent on experience.

Position Overview

This role is highly collaborative and ideal for a designer who thrives on bringing ideas to life. You’ll create clean, cohesive design solutions across print, digital, and event-driven projects. This position offers room to stretch creatively while working within a strong brand, contributing visuals that elevate campaigns and support conference theme development. You’ll bring exceptional attention to detail, strong skills in layout and typography, and a commitment to high-quality work as part of a supportive team environment.

Essential Functions / Responsibilities

  • Design and edit print and digital materials including brochures, event collateral, social media graphics, website assets, and merchandise designs.
  • Prepare clean, print-ready files and coordinate with external print shops, merchandise vendors, and internal printing as needed.
  • Support in-house printing and trimming; review proofs and ensure smooth vendor production workflows.
  • Basic photo editing, light video editing, and occasional event/media needs.
  • Ensure brand standards are consistently applied while balancing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and external partners, contributing to a positive, detail-oriented, service-focused environment.
  • Contribute creative ideas and visual direction for conference themes, ensuring cohesive design across all event materials.
  • Assist with additional tasks as needed, adapting to evolving departmental priorities, and serve as a backup for related roles within the Marketing Department.

Qualifications

Required

  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design with 1–5 years of professional design experience.
  • Strong layout, typography, and production skills with high attention to detail.
  • Highly organized, able to follow brand guidelines and written instructions, and committed to quality work.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude; open to critique; dependable; strong communication skills.

Preferred

  • Photography experience.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere or other basic video editing tools.
  • Experience creating PowerPoint templates.
