Responsibilities

• Develop visually stunning graphics for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and print advertising that align with brand guidelines and marketing strategies
• Lead art direction for projects, ensuring cohesive visual storytelling across all channels
• Design logos, icons, layouts, and typography that enhance brand recognition and user experience
• Create engaging motion graphics and video content using Adobe After Effects and other animation tools to add dynamic elements to multimedia projects
• Collaborate with marketing teams to produce compelling visual content that supports campaign objectives and product launches
• Manage design projects from concept through production, including sign manufacturing, layout design, and presentation materials
• Utilize tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, and InVision to develop high-quality visuals
• Apply color management principles and color theory to ensure consistency and vibrancy across all designs
• Edit photos through photo manipulation techniques to enhance visual appeal or create specific artistic effects
• Maintain a strong understanding of web design standards including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, Content Management Systems (CMS), and web optimization practices

Experience

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a robust portfolio showcasing digital art, branding projects, UI/UX designs, motion graphics, and print advertising
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), After Effects, Sketch, Figma, CorelDRAW, and InVision is essential
• Strong understanding of typography, layout design, typesetting, color theory, and visual design principles
• Experience with web design technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript; familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms is preferred
• Ability to produce high-quality designs under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and consistency
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly to stakeholders at all levels
• Knowledge of sign manufacturing processes and production design is a plus

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
