Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop engaging layouts, brochures, banners, hoardings, social media creatives, and other marketing materials.
- Create vector-based designs using CorelDRAW with a focus on real estate-specific layouts and branding.
- Perform image editing, retouching, and photo manipulation using Adobe Photoshop.
- Use Canva for quick-turnaround template-based design and video editing tasks.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to understand design needs and deliver creative solutions.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
- Stay updated with industry trends and design tools to bring fresh ideas to the table.
Key Requirements:
Graduation, Diploma, or Certification in Graphic Design or a related field.
1–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Technical Skills:
- CorelDRAW: Advanced vector design & layout skills
- Adobe Photoshop: Proficient in image editing and photo manipulation
- Canva: Experience in quick, template-based design and basic video editing
- Portfolio:
A strong portfolio showcasing design work across digital and print media is mandatory.
Preferred Attributes:
- Prior experience working in the real estate industry or related field.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
