Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop engaging layouts, brochures, banners, hoardings, social media creatives, and other marketing materials.
  • Create vector-based designs using CorelDRAW with a focus on real estate-specific layouts and branding.
  • Perform image editing, retouching, and photo manipulation using Adobe Photoshop.
  • Use Canva for quick-turnaround template-based design and video editing tasks.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to understand design needs and deliver creative solutions.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and design tools to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Key Requirements:

  • Education:

Graduation, Diploma, or Certification in Graphic Design or a related field.

  • Experience:

1–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the real estate sector.

  • Technical Skills:
  • CorelDRAW: Advanced vector design & layout skills
  • Adobe Photoshop: Proficient in image editing and photo manipulation
  • Canva: Experience in quick, template-based design and basic video editing
  • Portfolio:

A strong portfolio showcasing design work across digital and print media is mandatory.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Prior experience working in the real estate industry or related field.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
