Graphic Designer

Our client, a real estate company in The Woodlands, TX is looking for a Graphic Designer with a strong background in digital design, paid social, and presentation design for a long-term hybrid contract. The ideal candidate is highly conceptual, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll develop visually compelling assets for campaigns across digital and social channels, design dynamic and polished PowerPoint presentations, and contribute creative ideas to larger marketing and branding initiatives. Experience with motion graphics is a major plus, as is a passion for bringing bold, creative ideas to life through innovative visual storytelling.

This is a long-term hybrid contract positions and requires 3-days/week onsite in The Woodlands, TX.

Responsibilities:

• Design visually impactful creative assets for paid and organic digital campaigns, including social media, display, and web.
• Build, design, and format PowerPoint presentations that are both strategic and visually engaging.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, and account teams to ideate and execute campaign concepts and visual directions.
• Translate brand guidelines and campaign objectives into cohesive, polished visual systems.
• Develop and maintain creative assets for ongoing campaigns, ensuring consistency and quality across platforms.
• Support art direction and contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative development.
• Create and animate motion graphics for digital and social campaigns, if experience aligns.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and deadlines.

Required Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within an agency or fast-paced marketing environment.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); strong PowerPoint design skills required.
• Proven experience designing for digital and paid social campaigns.
• Motion graphics experience in After Effects or similar software strongly preferred.
• Strong conceptual thinker with an understanding of campaign development and art direction.
• Excellent layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to balance creativity with strategy and adapt designs for various platforms and audiences.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable presenting and defending creative ideas.
